All exhibitors are required to be registered. Each exhibiting company will receive 2 badges/6 sqm of booked exhibition space and 1 extra badge for each additional 3 sqm of space booked up to a maximum of 10 badges. Additional badges can be purchased at a fee of Euros 100 (+VAT if applicable) per badge.

* Online pre-registrations are possible until 4 May 2016 included; exhibitors who wish to register after this date will have to proceed with the registration onsite. 

1-Day ticket

  • Includes the same admissions and materials as the above delegate fee, but is limited to one day. The 1-Day ticket can also be purchased by the industry participants. NOTE that one-day tickets cannot be requested more than once.
  • Admission to the Exhibition area to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) only
  • Admission to the Satellite Symposia and Meet-the-Expert Sessions. Note that depending on the content of the presentations some might be limited to Healthcare Professionals and Industry participants only.
  • Possibility to collect CME credits on participation in EADV scientific sessions
  • Symposium material and Certificate of Attendance
  • Admission to the Networking Symposium (19 May, 2016)
  • Admission to the Concluding Session (21 May, 2016)

Industry Participants

  • This registration category has been created to enable employees from the industry to have full access to events, (scientific sessions, industry sessions, exhibition).

Technical Staff Badge for the Satellite Symposia

  • Maximum of 3 technical badges will be issued. If there will be more than 3 persons, the companies will have to order more technician badges at the price of EUR 100 (+ VAT if applicable) each. These badges can be ordered by request by e-mail from natasciasilvia@eadv.org

Name changes are possible for groups at the cost of EUR 30 per participant.

All special requests regarding registrations fees (including name changes) should be sent to the Registration department no later than 1 month prior to the event: natasciasilvia@eadv.org

Name changes are possible during the pre-registration period only, therefore no name change requests will be accepted onsite.

  • For the re-printing of forgotten/lost/stolen badges, EUR 20 will be charged.
