Cancellation & Special Requests

Exhibition cancellation policy

All cancellations must be sent in writing by e-mail or fax (exhibition@eadvsymposium.org or fax +41 91 973 4530).

A cancellation fee will be charged according to the below cancellation policy:

  • 10% of the total amount agreed for cancellation received by EADV the latest 180 working days before the first day of the event;
  • 25% of the total amount agreed for cancellations received by EADV the latest 150 working days before

the first day of the event;

  • 50% of the total amount agreed for cancellations received by EADV the latest 120 working days before the first day of the event;
  • 100% of the total amount agreed for cancellations received by EADV later than 120 working days before the first day of the event.

The above scheme applies also in case of cancellation of

single industry activities agreed upon.

Registration cancellation & special requests

 

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by email) to the Registration department (registration@eadvsymposium.org / group@eadvsymposium.org) according to the following policy:

  • In case of cancellation of participation before 13 January 2016, registration fees will be refunded deducting a handling fee of EUR 50 per person. After this date, there will be no refund whatsoever.
  • Name changes will be charged a fee of EUR 30 per registration.
  • Name changes are possible during the pre-registration period only, therefore no name change requests will be accepted onsite.
  • Special requests for the processing of the invoice should kindly be submitted in writing to the Registration department. For the reissuing of invoices EUR 20 will be charged.
  • All refunds will be made within 2 months after the end of the event. Bank charges may be deducted. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered. Refunds, if due, will only be issued by a bank transfer.
